Create a VPN through our app and connect

By Using Toyvpn it is asking for secret key (user name ,password)

Can anyone guide me how to create a profile and connect through app.

Username and password? With many VPNs you may need to register, make an account and pay, before you can connect and use it. Never heard of "Toyvpn" though. And googling for that only brings some project on github. Are you an app developer?
