Help Create an App

@Lacamel (https://androidforums.com/members/lacamel.1994670/) posted a way to open notifications automatically in this forum a while ago:

"You need Tasker and Notification Listener (full version to have Gestures accessible). In Tasker: Event>Plugin>Notification Listener>Posted + check relevant application. Task>name your task>Plugin>Gestures>Configuration>Notification Key: %nlkey , (type Button Name if needed) , check click on notification.

Done."

Since it is using a profile and the plug in, can I turn this into a stand alone app? Can I have an app to do this?

I don't have any plug-ins in any of my kids (app factory created apps).

The documentation seems to say when you load a kid containing a plug-in on another device it will prompt you to install the missing plug-in.

App Factory is free ... why don't you just create the app and see?

When you do find out for sure ... please share the information here.

Well, it was really a total noob question. The task as suggested by @Lacamel works perfectly. I wanted to make into an app. What I was missing is that you need to create a new profile and then export that profile as an app. Thanks @Thom.
