creating a new folder

Here is my dumb question for the day

How do I create a new folder in the home screen?

There are no dumb questions. Only those not asked.

It seems the trick is to take one icon and drag it on top of another.

Personally, I prefer to organize icons on different homepages, than to create "folders" for them.
