Apps Creating An app for Android. Hiring An app programmer or doing it your self?

Coming from a background with low knowledge of programming and basic math skills. How much time would it take me to create an app Gps-Oriented with some multimedia two to three games in it etc, and facebook login. Assuming that i have zero knowledge on android programming. Does it worth it to start working on the project? Or will it take me many years to complete because of my skills. Should i hire someone to do the job for me? Also such kind of projects do require a team to complete?
