Apps Creating apps for other people

Hi all,

I have built an app, tested it and it works fine. I would like to licence this app out for other android developers to release using their accounts on the play store. Is it possible to build an apk file and give it to other developers to release? or will I have to give them the source code to the app to compile themselves?

Actually I dont know much about releasing the app, but I had once found the apk file in bin directory of my project in workspace. Hope it helps.
