Creating Icons

anyone know how to create your own icon pack... I have a set of icons I downloaded to my PC I would like to use on my phone anyone know how to do that?

I have created a Piccies folder which have sub folders for each catergory and one of which is Icons then mount your phone to pc and copy them over. These Icons can be used with Apps that allow you to customize Icons like Home replacements. I use 'Apps Organizer' which categorizes all my Apps and you can use your own Icons for each label. It's great, not only does it look good with my own Icons it also gives me more room on my Homescreen.

I mainly use PNG 64x64 but have used 128x128 as well

the launcher icon size is 48x48.
