Creepy Photo on lock screen

Any chance you could get a screenshot of the creepy photo on your lock screen? That might help us figure out where it came from.

You can change your wallpaper at Settings > Display > Wallpaper. If you select a Live Wallpaper, it will automatically be applied to both your home screen and your lock screen. If you select an image, you'll be able to choose whether it should apply to your home screen, your lock screen, or both.

No. But I Uninstalled any recent Apps that I had put on the phone. And I made sure that only the necessary ones had Access to my camera.

When I tried to change the Wallpaper this is the screen I got over and over

Files has stopped

Open app again
Send feedback

BTW I couldn't upload a photo of that screen because when I tried to
"Upload a file" and then chose files I got the same exact screen that stated
Files has stopped

Open app again
Send feedback
I have AVG App on this phone but I think some bug got through it

What happens if you boot into safe mode? That disables all user-installed apps.

If you have an app called "Files" then try clearing its cache. You could also try clearing the system cache (which you need to go into recovery mode to do). This is just in case the crashes you are getting are due to some corrupt data in the caches.

^ Seconding the Safe Mode suggestion, though the Pixel phones don't have a system cache which can be cleared from recovery. If things don't work better in Safe Mode you'll probably want to go ahead and do a factory reset to clear out any corrupted data that might be causing these issues.

(Also, ditch AVG. You don't need any "antivirus" apps - in fact, they really only provide a false sense of security. Each app runs in its own sandbox; this limits the damage one bad app can do, but it also makes it impossible for a product like AVG to actually scan other apps for malicious code. Just don't install apps from outside of the Google Play Store and you really won't have anything to worry about.)
