Help Cricket - Can't receive photos through messaging

Asking for someone else. They haven't ever been able to receive pictures through messaging. All it does is give them a download button whenever someone sends them a picture, when they press it a loading bar appears but the picture never actually downloads.

If your phone had a Sim card, I would suggest to check your APN settings.
You could try a different messaging app like Textra
