As I understand it, a RAM upgrade would require taking the existing one off the board & soldering a new one on. No idea if it's been done before. Nothing found on a quick search.
There are apps that will let you borrow memory from the SD card to boost system resources although my T301 says it can't load ROM Toolbox which is the only one I found on a quick search. Finding an app that works would be your best bet I'd think.
