Sounds very much it might have died. Can be a common problem with low-cost devices like this coming directly from China, likely due to quality issues. Best bet is to RMA it for refund or replacement. Don't think there's much else you can do with it. Is there anything about resetting it in the instructions?

As my experience says from an older TV Box I had (and actually found helpful informations on this forum) seems that my device has software issue, not hardware. That means it has firmware crash. My older's device's symptom was similar. Stuck on boot logo. I found some informations here and there, I also got some instructions today from the seller, I try now to collect all. Anyway, I will fight before return.
You are right about quality, but if don't want to spend much money, that's the cost..
Well, I will come for feedback whether I get success.

Well, news are good. I got device going. Last firmware I flashed, was 100% compatible to my CS968. Soon I will upload informations and links for flashing.

Here Download 8188_GT-19300_htc_t018_public_Mtk_20140127.7z from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way is the firmware which I used without any problem.

This rom is compatible on CS968 with MTK WiFi chip and also to TV01 and CR11S.
In my case, device could not boot, so I began procedure from step 3.
