Cubot Cheetah 2 metropcs

Hi

I'm having difficulty getting any connection on my phone besides Edge. No 3g or 4g

My APN settings are correct. Tried every combination.

Metropcs say they can't help.

I'm desperate.

Please help.

The phones supported bands are:
2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G: WCDMA 850/900/2100MHz
4G: FDD-LTE 800/1800/2100/2600MHz

I was previously using cubot x15 and everything worked just fine. Its bands are:
2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G: WCDMA 900/1900/2100MHz
4G: FDD-LTE B1/B3/B7/B20

If there is any other info you need please let me know.

It appears neither of those phones is compatible with Metro LTE and they are only partially compatible with the 3G. So neither one is a good match for Metro or T-Mobile.
I'd look at other phones that are more compatible.

There's your problem I think, basically this phone lacks the North American 3G & 4G bands and modes. Presumably you bought it online, and it was shipped from Hong Kong? FYI Cubot devices are mainly sold in Asia, Middle East and Eastern Europe, and the Cheetahphone was NOT intended for use in the US or Canada. Suggest you return it for a refund.
