Hello, now I don't know in which category my question should belpng but I've been wondering. Now listen.
I'm using mobile prepaid SIM card and is it possible for me to transfer my mobile phone's balance to pqypal? For example I refill my bill with 3€ and fro. Then I want to those 3€ to go straight in to paypal acc?

Probably not... unless your phone company has some special deal with their billing system.

And mobile phone networks aren't exactly well known for their ability to let go of money you've given to them.

You'd really need to check with your network to be sure... but it sounds unlikely.
