Curious About An App/Widget (wifi/bt/gps/sync/dim)

I know this is a home++ theme but I am curious what app/widget it is that puts the buttons there for wifi,bt,gps/sync/dim, you can see it right here...

Hello there...What phone are you using? I'm not sure on other phones, but the widget shown above is stock on Motorola Droid (looks exactly the same). If you happen to be on a Droid, long hold on a blank part of the screen, and when the menu pops up choose "Widgets". Then choose "Power Control".

Again, not sure if this is Droid specific, 2.0 specific, or common to all Android phones. Hopefully someone else will chime in...
