I am just wondering how many apps can be put on a device such as the mytouch, if any1 can give an est. that would b helpful... I am wondering because i am thinking about getting a cliq but am confused because the more reviews i read it says download a taskmanager and other things... I like the openness of this platform, but dont want to brick a future phone

There's really no estimate you can make. Some apps are only a few kb and some are many mb. So it all depends on the apps you download.
