I've received so much help from these forums since getting my Android last month so I just wanted to post this website in case anyone would like to check it out.
It's called Find Icons (Icon Search Engine - Download 304,109 Free Icons, PNG Icons, Web Icons). It's got a huge selection of all types of icons to choose from in many different sizes. I came across the site while looking for custom icons to personalize my phone. Most of my app icons have been replaced with icons from this website and they work well with custom launchers and app organizers (I'm currently using LauncherPro Plus + the full version of Folder Organizer).
