Custom Audio Volumes For Contacts

At night I set my phone to vibrate so I can get a peaceful nights rest. However, if certain contacts (family or work) decide to call me in-case of an emergency, I would like my phone to ring. I am wondering if there is a way or app to achieve this goal? If there isn't, is there a way to set all notifications to vibrate, but enable my phone to ring upon a phone call?


Note - I am on a Samsung S4 running Jelly Bean 4.2.2

If I remember correctly from my Touchwiz days, it's called Blocking Mode, and it allows you to set exceptions so that they can still call you.
