PLEASE HELP, i was stupid enough to turn of oem.. now my phone is locked, i need some help fixing it. ive looked over a 1000 ways. thanks in forehand

If you can get into Download Mode, you can flash the stock firmware for your country and carrier.
From off, press and hold power + volume down + home till phone boots then press volume up when asked to continue.
