Help Custom Bootscreens for the i1

all I've found is how to set up a custom boot logo/screen on a custom ROM. These tactics don't work for the i1 stock ROM rooted or not. anyone here know how to solve this issue? I'm after this http://androidforums.com/ascend-all-things-root/347609-new-lcars-boot-animation.html
only on my i1 and slightly modified. I could pay for a good results

Well I've figured out how to delete the "moto M" shine and boost animation (Moto M still shows up just don't do the light shiny thingy) only now it's just a blank screen till the phone finishes booting, at lest it was till I put the original animation files back. for some reason it wont take the new files. Original files can be found in /data/preload/bootanim/assests/images Not sure about the sound.
