Is there a custom icon app similar to Custom Launcher Icons that houses actual App icons (or App packs) rather than the dock icons?

Yes, I realize that, but they are clearly designed for the dock bar.
I am looking for full-color replacements.

They are just icons to be used in the dock or home screen and they have colored versions of each one. Here is one of my screens using all icons from that site:

Thanks for the help, but I guess I am looking for something more like an icon pack. I was just wondering if there was a similar app for icons like you see in an icon pack. I realize it would be a HUGE database, since XDA has an icon pack thread with hundreds of packs and over a million views, but I was just wondering if one existed.
Let's say I wanted a new icon for, say, YouTube. I could go into the Icon App, search YouTube, and get the results, pick my favorite, and viola, new YouTube icon without the hassle.
You could even integrate Icon Packs (the free, user created ones of course), to change all the icons if you wanted.
