Custom Livepaper Images Nexus 7: Am I doing this right?

I am trying to make a Livewallpaper using the following images for my Nexus 7. I ***think*** I formatted them correctly. However, no matter what I do they come out super small.

How can I fix this specifically for the dimensions of the Nexus 7?
