I just switched from a BB to the Incredible and while I like a lot of the features with the droid OS, I really miss the BB's sound profiles.
I work weird hours and when I'm sleeping, I only want to receive notifications from Google Talk (I talk to my boyfriend through there)
With 2 clicks every day, I could shut off all sound for calls, email, SMS/MMS, facebook alerts and all other notifications but keep the sound on for google talk. When I woke up, with 2 more clicks, I could turn every alert back on.
I've been searching for an app that will allow me to do this because currently, I have to manually go through each program and shut off the notifications. I just don't understand why I can't customize notification alerts. Why are all alerts bundled into the same option?
This is so annoying to me that I'm actually considering getting rid of it.
