Help Custom Notification Volume + APP advice

Hi all!

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I am currently figuring out how to use my Samsung Ace being my first new phone since the Samsung Tocco. Not done too badly so far!

I have downloaded Ringdroid APP to assign custom MP3s as notifications however the volume on these compared to the factory notifications is low.

I have checked the settings to ensure notification volume is at full and googled the net - this seems to be an annoyance to a few people!

Does anyone know of a fix?

Also as a newbie, any must-have APPS you would recommend please include in your answer!

I use Audadity for editing ringtones eg increasing the audio level of a ringtone etc See Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder
