Custom recovery frozen

Hi guys

I've tried rebooting my Galaxy Tab E with custom recovery and it has frozen on a screen where it says "Now send the package you want to apply to the device with "adb sideload <filename>"...

It won't move at all from this screen despite what I do. Anyone able to help me?

Hold power and volume down, that looks like the stock recovery. Hold the buttons until it reboots.
