Custom Ringtones Without SD Card

I have a Blackberry Priv. Last week the SD card reader broke, seemingly taking any card I put in with it. I seem not to be the first person to experience this. Yes I am pissed off about that, but on a practical level I can deal with it. I would like my custom ringtones and notifications back. The only references I can find to doing this are from nearly a decade ago and refer to creating a media/audio/ringtones folder which does not work. Is there another way?

Create /sdcard/Ringtones and /sdcard/Notifications, if you don't have them already, and put the sound files there. That works on every Android device I've met.

(/sdcard is of course internal storage, despite the name).
