Help Custom ROM encryption vs. TWRP - not able to decrypt /data partition

Greetings, have anyone dealt with decryption issues in TWRP when using Android encryption?
The encryption is performed on clean installed LineageOS(RR), completed successfully, but when I reboot to TWRP, it requires me the unlock authentication (gesture) to access data part. If I perform the gesture from Android settings, it's not accepted. I don't understand how can I authenticate.
Please for some resolution, thanks.

Theres a zip file to decrypt the data partition as well as flashing the zip and doing a wipe in twrp for data.

Look at @messi2050 root guides there you will find the decrypt zip.
