custom rom for lg om+ through metro pcs?

hi im trying to find a new ROM for my LG OM+... ? a lot of the signs are pointing to no, but still optimistic. or is it possible to custom build one and how difficult would it be? no experience in that area but im not ******ed and think i can do it... any help and or advise i would appreciate. thank you
