Custom ROM on HTC Sensation fix?

Hello, I bought a phone on ebay (HTC Sensation) and it already is running a custom ROM called CYANOGENMOD 9 i do not really want this custom ROM on the phone and i was wondering how to restore it to the factory ui. Also i know that there was an update released to the phone about 3 months ago for the HTC sence and android firmware upgrade. Any links on how to do this or a step by step process would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. I have no idea if the original ui was backed up or restored.
