Root custom rom won't install

I'm trying to install the cmda black widow. I wiped data, cache, and reformatted, t

hen flashed, but i rebooted the rom was still stock. What gives?

Hopefully this will get moved to the root section, you'll probably have better luck there.

I had similar prob. I used various recovery progs. But I found that clockwork mod recovery has workaround for many security checks. Just be very careful, because flashing phones with clockworkmod is a safe way to bricking em. It happened with 3 of my devices as galaxy s3, transformer prime x2
