Custom roms for sprint hero

are there any for the sprint hero yet. i just rooted it and would love to beable to put all apps on sd card, but need a custom rom for it. all i find is for Uk hero.
 
I'm a newbie when it comes to this crap. I understand what the roms are for somewhat. If I rooted my phone would I be able to use it better over sea's, international, than it not being rooted.
