Custom voice recognition punctuation

Is there an app that will allow me to teach my phone that when I say "dot" it types a period and "bang" means exclamation point? I am so sick of having to say "question mark" at the end of my dictated questions. I'd much rather say "hook"!!

At this point, I'm thinking no to your issue. Voice can pull off some amazing things, but I'm thinking this is just asking to much of it
