Help Customise Overflow dropdown

I would like to customise the items which in drop down of the action bar overflow in such a way that there is a drawable , a textview , another drawable followed by radio buttons. I am sure we can have a drawable, textview and radio button. Is it possible to have a drawable in between the textview and radio button?
I am using AppCompat for action bar.
