Help Customizable Android EPG (OTA & URL)

Why hasn't anyone developed a very simple, customizable Android EPG app that will not only populate a list with local OTA channels (ATSC), but also allow the user to add any URL (and icon) they choose to the EPG? The app would then automatically switch from the TV's antenna to a predefined pc HDMI connection that would open a live streaming internet channel in a browser window. The EPG would, of course, populate the list to include the program schedule for that internet connection for the user's predefined region, say North America, United States, Eastern time zone. Links to Netflix and Hulu could be added as well, although without any schedule information.

Currently, I use Peel WatchOn to select OTA channels. Also using Peel WatchOn, I switch my TV to HDMI (connected to my PC) and then I use my Remote Mouse app to open an HTML file I created with WORD to link to channels that are broadcast over the internet.

I'd be happy with a windows EPG UI program that could accomplish this and use my Remote Mouse to seamlessly switch between a live OTA channel and a live streaming internet channel. Perhaps a modified add-on to WMC? Something similar in appearance and ease of use like the traditional cable EPG would be great. Of course, an android app would obviously be much, much better.

If I can use two android apps to accomplish this switching, why not only one? I know the EPG UI might be a little more difficult, but it would be the icing on the cake! Really, how hard can this be?
