Help CWM Recovery Loop Please Help

I tried to update super su on my Galaxy tab 3 lite and now every time my tablet turns on it shows the Samsung logo and then goes straight to Clockwork Mod Recovery mode.No matter how many times I reboot it.

Have you tried clearing the cache and dalvik from within recovery?

Thanks I'm glad to be here , and yes I have wiped the dalvik and cache

Hmmm, I've heard of an issue like this but having a hard time remembering where I saw it
Did you update SU via recovery or the app?

i clicked on the app then the tablet rebooted to cwm recovery mode.

Ran across this thread where some folks suggested flashing the kernel for your rom, or dirty flashing the rom.

One person reflashed his recovery via ODIN.
Not sure if you want to attempt any of those suggestions, but thought it may help

Im pretty much up for anything at this point, but my computer does not recognize my tablet because its stuck in recovery mode so i cant connect to odin.

Can you not power it down and use another button combination to boot into ODIN? (also known as download mode)
Also, the fact that your computer cannot see your tablet may be just a matter of installing the drivers again.
