Go to Settings > About phone > System updates to get the update. Alternatively, you can download the full build (676mb) or smaller OTA file (318mb) and flash from recovery (only stock recovery works with the OTA file). The smaller OTA file can only be flashed over the previous Cyanogen OS 12 installation with an unmodified system partition (no Xposed, deleted system apps, etc.), but the full build can be flashed over that or CM11s. You can also wipe /data and flash the full build as well to do a clean install which is the best option, but you lose your data.

Although this will flash over CM11/CM12 nightlies, it is NOT recommended.
DO NOT attempt to flash this from OxygenOS as it may brick your device!!!

Happy flashing, and post back here with any questions!

BTW, if you flash this with TWRP 2.7.x.x it will not update the baseband properly, so make sure you use 2.8.x.x instead. Alternatively, you could also flash NON-HLOS.bin manually from fastboot.

Hmmm.....now to decide whether to switch back from the nightlies.
Make a backup, try it for a day, and switch back if you don't like it. That's what custom recoveries are for ;)

I'm sticking with Sultans rom, battery life on it is the best I've ever seen on my OPO with no discernible slowdown.

Good info. Just to add on to your post, it is specifically 2.8.6 TWRP 2.8.7 is not flashing the baseband also.

So my wife's phone is stock. Might take her a while to get used to the new dialer and new app drawer. Browser is faster and overall it is very snappy. Selecting "Themes" in Settings does not work though. Anyone else having these issues?

I think it's essentially the same app drawer, just different sorting mode. Go into launcher settings and change "Layout" from vertical to paged.

I'm not thrilled with the new phone app either.
