Cyanogenmod CRT lock scree effect

Just learned about cyanogenmod but decided not to install it due to the number of issues people are having. but one thing i did like is the screen effect when the phone was locked. is there an app that can do this on a rooted phone? if this has been discussed already, i'm sorry and if you could link me to the discussion.
 
I installed a mod on my SGS on XXJVK and I have same CRT trun off animation + circle battery icon with % indicator. I think I found it somewhere on XDA forums
