I got the ota and downloaded it. Then clicked update and my phone rebooted and attempted to install then said install failed and rebooted. I have actually deleted the file then reinstalled and tried again and same issue. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Did you try finding the ota zip while in safestrap on your sdcard and flash it manually?
