Help D.O.A ?? Oh Please!!

Hey guys can anybody give me a reason to ask for DOA as I want to upgrade my phone! Guys suggest me ways on how to get another phone by asking for DOA at service centre??
 
they will giv u a new handset of d same model under DOA if u reach a service center within 7 days of purchasing ur phone...and obviously...if its found in a dead or faulty condition which cannot b repaired...
