Help D2 SBF issues Error: A5,70,70,00,1f

Cannot Program
Was at the tail end of RSD and this is what I have got. Still have RSD open and waiting for the reboot. I am guessing that the battery low is the issue. I have left the D2 plugged into my PC for a few hours and its not taking a charge. So I have plugged it into the wall charger. At this point is it bricked? I have SBF several time b/f and never had this issue. Like I said I think its the battery causing this. Hopefully I can get out of this...

so i just found a topic on here about the DX having this issue too. someone posted that if your battery dies while you are sbf'ing your phone will not charge via wall or pc. is this true? i have been trying to charge it both ways for hours now so i am starting to think so.
 
Unfortunately you need a charged battery to SBF. Make sure your battery is at least 50-60 percent if your SBFing.
 
I am going to head into a VZW store as soon as it opens. I hope they will just charge the battery for me so I dont have to buy a external charger. I will let ya know how it goes.
 
so i went to a verizon store and got a new battery. sbf'd and it goes right back to the bootloader screen. says battery is ok but same error code. new map is blank etc. i am trying a different sbf file as we speak to see if that one works. any ideas???
 
looks good as of now got the M logo and the droid eye!!!! i think (hope) iam in the clear!
note to self: full charge when sbf'ing!!
