Help Damaged SD card slot Galaxy Ace

Hi there people,

I have a very much damaged SD card slot for the Galaxy Ace, the sd card got stuck inside and in fact broke. Cannot be removed at all now...is there anyway possible that the slot can be replaced or am I buggered?

might seems no help but have u tried using a pin and pushing any remaining partts of the sd IN? remember to release the sd card you normaly push then pull to realease maybe you can push the last bit then shake the phone other than that it would probably be a service center or a new phone how did it happen? you might be covered under warrenty if it was the sd that came with it
 
Lol, well long story how it happened, but it was not going in porperly before, perhaps an issue with a spring? Well I was gonna take it in for repair but my darling daughter thought she would use her initiative and super glue the sd card back in...resulting in disaster! Not covered by warranty and tried the pin thing to see if I can push it all the way in but no luck. Was wondering if a USB card reader would be useful to me?

lol. ok i think its abit dead end mate ....really superglue?:rolleyes: goin to a service center to replace the part might be just short of a new handset srry mate but id start looking for a deal:(
