This will be the thread for triangle away and any other apps that may be harmful to our device.... so if you know of or were unfortunate enough to brick a Samsung Galaxy Rush M830 please post about it here for possible solutions and warnings.

Back when i first got my rush in July i tried THIS: http://androidforums.com/rush-all-things-root/739747-mod-app-swap-external-sd-internal-mempry.html
and I hard-bricked two new rooted Rush phones. It very well might have been user error, since I'm new to Android phones. Good thing I learned my lesson, and my local Target had some younger guys working there that didn't give a shit what happened to the phone since I only had each one about 3 days so I got new ones lol.

Glad to say today I'm running KKE ROM 2.0 at 1.2 Mhz and it's blazing fast with no instability whatsoever.
Btw I'm running the Ext-Int swap script that is on page 2 (?) of the KitKat Explosion ROM 2.0 page.

It didn't cause any harm too mine when I was using it... But it was unstable. (And admittedly I did stop using it shortly after posting that thread) Mind sharing your experience? When you say hard brick, do you mean literal brick? Would no longer power on at all?!? If so I'll delete that thread in a heartbeat. I would never intentionally post something that would harm your device :screwy:

Edit - As a matter of fact, its simply a script that the app runs on the phone.... You can't even set it to run at boot since we don't have init.d support... So I see no way in which it could brick your phone. Anything it did should have been recoverable...

Would you mind posting a reading tutorial of how you did the Ext-Int swap script?, I've tried to do it but it didn't work for me, maybe I did something wrong, that's why I'm asking.

Apparently it didn't work out so good for him. If I Were you I'd make a new thread and ask for help.
