Dark screen for Guest user, OK for other users

Wondering if I could ask for some help.

I was signed in as a guest on my Aoson 10.1 tablet and somehow hit a setting that darkened the screen.

I can see no controls or functions.

I have only been able to use the tablet again after using the reset button to return to a different user when it reboots.

As soon as I switch user to guest, nothing on display.

I hear the volume button beep when adjusting sound levels.

But dark black screen and now way to do anything.

It sure looks like I just screwed up and set something to no display.

Is there any help or advice available?

If it's just that the screen is too dark to see, try going into a dark room and check again

It seems like I mistakenly hit a button or setting that shut the display completely off. Maybe a setting of some other sort...I dunno what I did.
