Dash mount for Galaxy S5 with Otterbox case that doesn't block the camera?

I'm looking for a dash or wind shield mount for my Galaxy S5 (with Otterbox case) that doesn't obstruct the camera. I'd also like it to somehow grip the phone rather than just have the phone resting in place so the phone doesn't fall out when turning, etc.

Can anyone suggest one? There are a bunch on Amazon, but I'd like to know what others are using. I saw one at WalMart that uses a rare Earth magnet but I don't think that would work with the case.
