I just bought an HTC incredible, I activated it on june 18, but ordered it in may.

I really want dat Droid X tho! So can I still get the $35 return if I go in tomarrow and trade out my incredible for the Droid X. Cus I didn't know the droid x was coming out, and I could lie and say the incredible has a "defective" battery and dun work right somehow.

So is that 30 days since your order, since it shipped, or since you activate?? I suppose I could just go to the Verizon store and try it. I'll probably go their early tomorrow before work (8:00am) hope they are open. Droid X comes out tomorrow right? Mmmmm

Gadit, dis worked.

But dis mo-fo at da Verizon store told me it was going to be shipped overnight. Then after dey deactivate my incredible another mo-fo come from behind an' told me it was guna gat shipped out by the 23rd??? So I'm stuck without a smartphone for a week. wtf. Whatever, its worth it.

It was since it was shipped so it ended up being the last, or second to last day to do it so it worked out as best as it could.
