Data automatically on/off

I have a "Droid Charge"

Is there an app that would turn my data on for a short amount of time to check for work emails, and all the other stuff? I keep data off and manually push the button so that all my emails come flooding in. However, I would love for this to be automatic.

For example, every 10 minutes, the app would turn data on for say... 30 seconds, then turn data back off until the next 10 minutes. I'd of course have to manually enable data to check the email, but I'd love to just see the notification!

You could set that up with Tasker.

I believe "Juice Defender" works this way.

Green Power is neat, paid version is even more worth it as you can have a separate profile for night use.....you can set a data threshold (kb) on it and it will turn on and off accordingly.
