Data cap

All day today I have been getting edge speeds only. I live in Dallas and go the same places everyday and normally I am always connected to 3g. I don't know if there is something wrong with t-mobile today or if I have been throttled. I am on the even more plus plan and should have the 5gb data cap. I have used 2.7gb as of today on my current bill. I had my nook color tethered to my phone 2days ago and streamed an NBA playoff game. That was 1gb by itself. Something is not right because I always have 3g. Has anybody else ever been throttled?

Yes but usally happens to me after I passed the 5gb

Check your phone settings to see if you accidentally checked the box that says use 2g networks only

dial 611, put it on speaker phone, put down the phone pick up a beer, read what you just wrote to customer service Rep and let them fix it. I used to spend hours searching forums for the 1 person that had the exact issue I had actually found a solution. F*$@ that, not anymore.
