Data Connection

[Android Question]

I got a Samsung Galaxy Centura smartphone, the internet connection worked fine when i got it, but now it does not work at all. The only thing i can do now is text and call, the internet does not work along with any apps i got that require internet. Is there a quick fix to this at all?

How long has this been going on? If it is just a day or two, you might check HERE to see if other users are reporting data outages. It does happen.

You might also check your phone's settings first, just to make sure that mobile data is enabled. Sometimes things get turned off by accident.

If neither of those work, contact your carrier.
