Help data droping when using hotspot or tethering.

i have run into this problem many time and because i use my phone hotspot to game this is very annoying. i use to use hotspot and tethering on my galaxy s3 and s4 and it always worked fine but since i have got this phone every once in awhile the data will just stop sending and ill have to reset it by tuning off the data then turning it back on. if anyone can help explain to me why this is happening and maybe a fix id be very pleased.

Maybe your carrier is throttling the data . Does it happen all of the time or only certain times of the day ?

i would think if they were throttling it a simple turning off of my data and then Turing it back wouldn't fix it.

I've seen the same thing during the past week or so. No idea but it seems to start back up after a few seconds when I flip the screen from standby.
