Help Data during call

How to access the internet during call ?. It seems that the phone automatically disable the data during call. I tried to re-enable the "Mobile network" checkbox from the Settings but it doesn't work.
 
If you are only connected at Edge speed, you can't do data and voice at the same time. You have to be at 3G or 4G for this to work.

What are you connected at when this fails?
