Data Randomly Stops

So my S3 works perfect, except for sometimes with data cutting out.

First off, it isnt because ive hit my limit or my signal is too weak. This happens with a full signal and new billing cycle, so ive eliminated those

Anyways, ill have data on and ill be using it, then ill turn data off anf ill put my phone away for a while and once i take it back out again and turn data on it will show its connected, but nothing will load.

I originally thought this was from switching power saving mode on and off while i had data active, but its happened a few times without power saving being involved.

A restart of the phone fixes it, but its annoying having to do a restart every few hours at random. Can anyone offer me advice with this?

Sorry if i didnt explain it well, im actually typing this out on my s3. If anyone needs more details let me know.

Do you have any battery saver apps running? They will mess with stuff you don't want them to if you're not careful.

Not a fix but toggling airplane mode usually fixes for me if i notice data is not working.

I usually find it happening when I know i went through a 3g only area back into 4g.

Does it follow any patterns (at work, at home, anywhere)? Today, I had my data inexplicably drop from 4G to Edge for an hour at work with a full signal. This used to happen a lot to me on Virgin Mobile and I attribute it to either the network or whatever tower/s I'm connected to. Are you using anything like Juice Defender and how are you toggling the data- through the menu settings or a third party app? I remember having issues with my data reconnecting when I was using Juice Defender on my previous phone...
