Data roaming

Hello, after a recent trip to Europe I noticed I wasn't able to turn data roaming on or off. I go to Settings/More/Mobile Network and nothing happens. The data roaming button doesn't appear which means I cannot access data whilst outside the UK.
A message appears saying that I wasn't connected to my home network but even back in the UK there is still no option to turn roaming on.

A long shot, but you could try clearing the cache of the Settings app. Clearing all data for that app is another possibility (it would set all of your system settings to their defaults, which would be an annoyance, but less so than a full factory reset).

Have you ever seen the data roaming button in your settings?

I'm pretty sure the data roaming setting was there in the past.
Can't even see how to clear cache for settings app. Iv attached screenshot of settings app info
